A company is looking for a Senior Manager, UX Research to lead a team of UX Researchers and drive evidence-based product decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of UX Researchers, providing support and setting clear goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence strategic planning and decision-making
Socialize research insights across the organization to amplify their impact

Required Qualifications

Experience leading and mentoring a team of UX Researchers in a SaaS/B2B environment
Strong understanding of generative and evaluative research methods
Proven ability to align business goals with user needs
Track record of driving actionable insights from research findings
Experience in collaborating with various cross-functional teams
