Scientist/Senior Scientist, Protein Discovery 2054231Location: Boston, MA (Onsite)Focus: Immunology, AutoimmunityJob Overview: This role is for a Scientist/Senior Scientist to advance immune-modulating therapeutics through expertise in protein purification and delivery of characterized protein candidates.Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Perform expression of recombinant proteins in mammalian cells.
• Handle protein purification and quality control.
• Analyze and communicate experimental data collaboratively.Primary Job Requirements:
• B.S./M.S. with 7-8 years or Ph.D. with 1-2 years of experience in biotech or biopharma.
• Experienced in protein purification, biochemistry, and AKTA system operation.
• Proficient with bioanalytical techniques including HPLC and other advanced instrumentation.
• Skilled in assay development and execution, with a preference for protein conjugation experience.
• Highly organized and communicative, able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting with scientific precision.
