Manager, you are Responsible for ensuring product availability,
quality and cost effectiveness while delivering The Levy
Difference. Maintaining strong partnerships with all vendors, meet
operations product needs on a timely basis and evaluate and
recommend new products to enhance standards and increase
profitability.OperationsMaintains show quality of all areas at all
timesUnderstands all menus, product offerings, packaging and
pricingEstablishes rapport with team members, management and
partnersControlsEmploys good safety and sanitation
practicesPractices proper product control and handling of all
inventory and equipmentAchieves daily sales and assigned cost
goalsAchieves assigned budget goalsContributes to required daily
reportingContributes to completion of required department reports
and assists in compiling information at month end closingEnsures
team members adhere to Levy Company guidelines as stated in
training manual and employee handbookThoroughly and accurately uses
applicable Levy systems (Bitchstreet, Point-of-sale, WFM and
more)Ensures that all security, safety and sanitation standards are
achievedEnsures all products are properly stored, rotated and dated
in accordance with the Levy guidelinesMonitors inventory procedures
for accountabilityTeamUses all performance management tools to
provide guidance and feedback to teamPromotes a cooperative work

RequirementsAble to communicate effectively with management,

and evaluate food and beverage productsMay be required to perform
diverse physical tasksStamina to work 60 hours or more per weekMust
be able to work extended shifts of 10 hours or more as business
dictatesMust be flexible with schedule and able to work different
